Using the services of the online store and all associated pages and services on the domain Alchemy of Routine signifies that consumers are at all times familiar with these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Terms) and fully understand and accept them.

The online store  is managed by the seller ALCHEMY OF ROUTINE, trade, promotion, and service business, owned by Tamara Vujić, Umag, V. Nazor Street 7.

1. PURCHASE TERMS

A contract for the sale of products between the buyer and the seller is concluded at the moment when the seller receives an electronic message containing the buyer's statement of acceptance of the offer, i.e., at the time of ordering the product.

The user/buyer is any legal or natural person who registers, places an order, and makes payment on the Alchemy of Routine online store.

The supplier of the ordered goods is ALCHEMY OF ROUTINE, trade, promotion, and service business, owned by Tamara Vujić, Umag, V. Nazor Street 7 (hereinafter: the seller), who enables the purchase of products through the online store.

The buyer is a natural or legal person who orders or pays for the service of delivering products to the seller through the online store.

Product prices are as valid on the day of ordering.

All prices are expressed in euros and displayed in Croatian kuna.

2. USE OF ONLINE STORE SERVICES

Access to the online store Alchemy of Routine is possible without registration, as a guest user.

Online orders are accepted 24/7.

The buyer is responsible for the correctness of all entered data when purchasing items.

3. ORDERING GOODS

Products are ordered electronically.

The product is considered ordered when the buyer pays the offer amount to the business account chosen payment method.

Prices in the online store are expressed in euros (EUR) and displayed in Croatian kuna at a fixed exchange rate of 1 EUR = 7.53450 HRK and do not include VAT because the seller is not in the VAT system, and VAT is not calculated based on Article 90, paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of the Value Added Tax Act (Official Gazette nos. 73/13, 99/13, 148/13, 153/13, 143/14, 115/16, 106/18, 121/19, 138/20, 39/22, 113/22, 33/23).

Delivery costs are not included in the price but are added later during the ordering process.

4. PURCHASE PROCEDURE

Once the order is received, it enters the processing phase. The seller receives a notification via email that the order has been received and, upon receiving the order, checks the availability of the ordered products and either confirms the order or rejects it for a valid reason. Once the order is confirmed, the buyer (ordering party) receives a confirmation via email. The purchase contract for the ordered products between the user (buyer) and the seller is concluded at this stage.

5. DELIVERY OF GOODS AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Ordered goods are delivered securely packaged to prevent damage during normal handling in transit. The buyer is obligated to report any visible damage immediately. Each item is made to order, and the standard delivery time for products is usually 5-18 working days after visible payment is received. This time accounts for both the delivery service's time and the preparation time needed to prepare the product for shipping, which the seller estimates to be between 1-4 working days. The seller provides worldwide delivery.

The cost of delivery to the buyer's country is calculated after the order is created. The buyer must accept the order upon delivery. Returned orders due to non-acceptance by the buyer can be resent to the buyer at the buyer's expense for the cost of re-delivery. Delivery services in each country may occasionally deviate from the prescribed delivery schedule due to an increased number of deliveries during specific periods of the year. Patience and a calm mind are the quickest path to finding the solution you need at that moment.

SHIPPING ISSUES

We take pride in our products, as well as our packaging. Every package will be sent in perfect form and we expect our partners to deliver it in the same manner to you. If the goods are damaged during the delivery and if the buyer sees a reason for complaint due to manipulation in delivery, this should be immediately reported directly to the delivery person.

Unfortunately, the seller will not be able to accept complaints related to transport and delivery that are reported after delivery is finished.  

Nevertheless, if you have any complaints or in case of damaged goods, please send us a photo along with your complaint to info@alchemyofroutine , and we will do whatever we can to make it right. 

6. PAYMENT METHODS

In the online store Alchemy of Routine, payment by credit or debit card directly over the Internet is possible, as well as payment by bank transfer to the seller's account (based on an offer).

In the case of an offer, you will receive an email with all the necessary information for payment which is until 3 days after sending the item, including the account number to which you need to transfer the order value.

You can then make the payment using online banking or the method you usually use to pay your bills.
